We are happy to welcome you back to Hood River and our hotel. Please know that our primary concern is for the health and welfare of our valued guests and employees. It’s time to relax, roam and enjoy all that our area offers while still protecting each other’s health. Here is what to expect.
Upon arrival: you will be greeted by one of our hotel team members. Please be aware of physical distancing signage in our lobby and public spaces. A mask must be worn at all times while in any of our public areas.
Because of city-mandated safety guidelines, some of our amenities have changed.
Our outdoor pool and outdoor hot tub: are open with posted social distancing policies at the entrance. This area is self-policing so please be courteous to your fellow guests so everyone can enjoy the pool. If other guests are waiting, please use the hot tub in 15-minute increments so that all who want to enjoy it - can enjoy it. The indoor hot-tub, sauna and work-out room are currently closed.
Guest Rooms & Housekeeping: In an effort to keep both our staff and you safe, daily housekeeping service is only available upon request prior to 12pm daily. Please let us know if you require extra linen or other items.
Food & Beverage Services: Current restaurant hours are 6:30 am to 9pm. Outside seating is available depending on weather. Capacity is currently limited due to state guidelines. In order to accommodate as many of our guests as possible, reservations are not available. As our restaurant is very popular, please be sure you check in at our hostess stand as soon as possible for seating. Current seating policies provided by the Oregon Health Authority allow for up to 6 people at one table. Our lounge is currently being used to seat additional guests for dinner. Take out and room service are available. Please call 541-386-8910 or stop by the hostess stand.
Bringing your furry friend: Dogs are allowed in designated rooms only at the Inn (no cats please). Their treat awaits them at check-in. The pet fee is $15 per night. Pets can only be left in the room unattended for a short amount of time, if the front desk is informed in advance and can reach you by phone.
Payment & Transactions: Contactless measures have been implemented when possible to maintain safe physical distancing, including emailed receipts and a key drop box at the front desk.
Parking: All of the parking in front of the hotel is for guests and is free. You will be issued a parking permit at arrival to display on your car’s dashboard.
