What to Expect on Arrival

Please know that our primary concern is always for the health, welfare and happiness of our valued guests and employees. It is time to relax, roam and enjoy all that our area offers. Here is what to expect.

Because of the popularity of our area, as you plan, please remember:

Staffing: Many restaurants, hotels and small businesses have been experiencing staffing issues. We are no exception, you may experience longer waits, more lines and few early check-ins. Patience and kindness for our hard-working staff is very much appreciated.

Our pool, hot tubs and fitness center are open: This area is self-policing so please be courteous to your fellow guests so everyone can enjoy the amenities. If other guests are waiting for hot tub, please limit use to 15-minute increments so that all who want to enjoy it – can enjoy it. Hours are 6am to 10pm daily.

Food & Beverage Services: Current Riverside hours are 6:30am to 9pm. Outside seating is available depending on the weather. To accommodate as many of our guests as possible, reservations are not available. As our restaurant is very popular, please be sure you check in at our hostess stand as soon as possible for seating. Our lounge is open from 4pm to 11pm daily. Food is only served at the main bar area (stools). Lounge tables are for guests waiting to be seated for dinner or wanting to enjoy an adult beverage.

 

Guest Rooms & Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping service is only available upon request prior to 12pm daily. Please let us know if you require extra linen or other items. Check-out is 11am.

Bringing your furry friend: Dogs are allowed in designated rooms only at the Inn (no cats please). The pet fee is $15 per night. Pets can only be left in the room unattended for a short amount of time if the front desk is informed in advance and can reach you by phone.

Payment & Transactions: Contactless measures have been implemented when possible. These include emailed receipts and a key drop box at the front desk.

Parking: All the parking in front of the hotel is for guests and is complimentary. You will be issued a parking permit at arrival to display on your car’s dashboard.
